The Scholarship-Mentorship Team is TDS' largest team and individuals apart of it further the reach of TDS by sharing their knowledge, experience, and wisdom to high school and university students seeking scholarship aid.

Essay Editing Team Members will collaborate with students to edit their scholarship applications and edit TDS blog articles. We will correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and suggest changes to word choice and writing style. Our team will foster a welcoming environment and encourage students to reach their application’s potential.

The Marketing Team works to expand TDS' reach by creating marketing materials and using social media platforms to reach students and spread our mission.

The Software Development Team works to use technology to support our students and propel TDS' mission. We largely do this by working on creating a holistic and centralized workflow through our website.

The French Communications Team is looking to recruit motivated and hard working members that will help make TDS a bilingual organization that can offer its services to Canadian students in both French and English. This includes translating official communication platforms such as our website and social media, mentoring students who are applying to francophone universities or writing scholarship applications in French, as well as outreach programs to encourage francophone students to use TDS's services.

The Financial Literacy Team works to support students by providing them with important knowledge and skills to successfully manage their finances into adulthood.

Members of the Partnerships and Sponsorships Team work to find and connect with companies and sponsors, as well as applying to grants that can help us continue offering high quality services for free to our students.
